James Michael (Mike) Mire of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2026.
Mike was born June 12, 1951 in Biloxi, Mississippi.
Mike was predeceased by his son, Christopher Mire and his daughter, Kayla Mire. He was also predeceased by his parents, Charles and Kitty Mire, his brother, David Mire and his brother-in-law, David Rogers.
He is survived by his wife, Pam Mire and his daughter, Jaime Mire. Mike is also survived by his brother Chuck Mire and sister-in-law Dorothy; his brother Jon Mire and sister-in law Becky, his sister Paula Joy and brothers Joseph Mire and Patrick Mire.
Funeral Mass will be at St. Pius X Catholic Church on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. with a Rosary at 2:00. In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to the St. Pius X Capital Campaign Fund.
Mike will be sorely missed by all the lives he has touched.

Mike was a gentleman with a great voice who sang along to tunes during our Silver Sneakers exercise class. His presence will be missed.
