Keith was born on July 14th,1992 in Portland, Oregon to James and Anna (Lange) Mouser. He was raised in Portland until the family moved to Bend, OR in 2002. It was evident early that Keith loved the outdoors – he enjoyed snowboarding on Mt Bachelor and would be there every weekend when his sports wouldn't interfere. He completed his Carpenter apprenticeship through Mt Hood Community College in 2022 and was a member of the Local 1503 Carpenters Union. Keith was employed by Perlo Construction and served as a commercial construction foreman.
Keith met Haleigh Cepurno in 2017 and they were involved in a long-term relationship since then. They and Hunter enjoyed many activities together and always included dogs Patsy and Arrow. Keith enjoyed camping, fishing and bird hunting – always accompanied by family and friends. He enjoyed carpentry and was known to be very kind helping his neighbors with many projects.
Keith was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James and Phyllis Mouser.
He is survived by his parents James and Anna Mouser of Bend, son Hunter of Bend, brother Geoff (Cassie) Mouser of Beaverton, Grandparents Charles (Susan) Lange and Rebecca (Greg) McGahan, Haleigh Cepurno of Estacada, OR and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
