James M. Rhine, born on July 7, 1968, passed away peacefully on September 25, 2025. He was a beloved member of his community and a dedicated worker at Ironrock Brick and Tile Makers. James was known for his warm personality and kindness, especially towards his family, with whom he cherished every moment.
He leaves behind a long-time girlfriend, Mary Roth, whose companionship brought joy to his life. His family includes his brother, Joe (Charlotte) Rhine; sister, Mary (John) Fisher; and brother, Ronnie Rhine. He is also the proud step-father of Robert Roth and Carrie Roth and is survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, all of whom held a special place in his heart. James will be deeply missed by numerous nieces and nephews, who will remember him fondly.
James was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Rhine; father, John Rhine; and his sister, Patricia Rhine. He is remembered not only for his professional accomplishments but also for the loving relationships he nurtured throughout his life. His legacy of family love and commitment will continue in the hearts of those who knew him.
A visitation to honor James will be held on October 4, 2025, at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Homes in Massillon, Ohio, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Friends and family are welcome to pay their respects during this time.
