James B. Robertson, 79, of Port Orange, Florida, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025. James was born on February 28, 1946 in Dade City, Florida to the late William & Jeannette Robertson. He grew up in Ormond By The Sea and attended Seabreeze High School where he graduated in 1965. He was also known as Jim Jones. He was captain of the Football Team, member of H & Y, and was homecoming king with his future wife, Pat Niles. James received a football scholarship to UT., he received his bachelor's degree from UCF. He worked for the City of Daytona Beach for 25 years plus, where he retired as a battalion chief. He married his high school sweetheart, Pat Niles and they were married for 58 years. James and Pat had two beautiful and smart daughters; Cheri Campbell and Julie Slowinski. Their daughters gave them three amazing grandsons; Christopher Campbell, Gary Campbell, and Stephen Slowinski. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, which he shared with his grandsons. He was a very loving husband, father, and grandfather
