James Clarence Robinson, 77, husband of 54 years to the late Deborah Hayes Robinson, died on Tuesday, October 8, 2024.
Born in Atlanta, GA, he was the son of the late Ralph Clarence Robinson and Shirley Hollingsworth Robinson. Following his service in the US Navy, James graduated from the University of Georgia majoring in Computer Science. He worked for Reliance Electric until they closed and retired from the Athens Clarke County Tag office.
Survivors include his three children: Stacy Amos, Jeff (Christiana) Robinson and Russ (Angie Wall) Robinson; brother: Phil (Katy) Robinson and six grandchildren: Hannah Rhein, Christopher Amos, Samantha Amos, Andrew Amos, Eli Robinson and Noah Robinson.
The family will receive friends Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 5PM until 7PM at Lord and Stephens East Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter.
