Jim was a great coworker and mentor. Setting aside actual work, he and I spent many a coffee cups talking fishing and other outdoor activities. He will be missed.

I´m so sorry to hear about the passing of Jim. May the special memories you made together help you through this difficult time. I was so very fortunate to have known and worked with Jim for close to 30 years. Jim was a dedicated & passionate mentor to many of his peers specially to more junior members of Boeing IT. His contributions has positively influenced careers of many of his colleagues. He had a sense of humor like no one I have known. Rest in peace my friend.

My deepest condolences to Jim´s family and many friends. I and many others at Boeing were so very fortunate to have worked with Jim, in my case for nearly 20 years. He brought so much to everything he did at work and beyond. His sense of humour, breadth and common sense was a real joy and inspiration to so many of us. His contribution to the technical fellowship was substantial as was his impact on the careers of so many, myself included. RIP Jim.

Jim loved to tell stories at work about his hunting and fishing. It made our mutual work environment much more tolerable.

Jim had a real passion for enjoying the outdoors. I went out with him a few times and had loads of fun.

He was a consummate host. I will miss him dearly.

HIs passing came way too early. I am sorry he was not able to retire properly and enjoy the good life more fully. I guess the moral of the story is that the rest of us will have to take up the slack.

I hope you find a good fishing hole now, Jim, wherever you are, and save one or two for the rest of us.

My sincerest condolences to family.
