JAMES S. SANDUSKY

JAMES S. SANDUSKY, age 77; of Medina, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 14, 2026. Beloved husband of Joanne (nee Blandino) for 55 years; loving father of Lisa LaGuardia (Matthew) and Scott Sandusky (Melissa); dearest grandfather of Sergei LaGuardia, Anastasia LaGuardia, Nico Sandusky and Angelo Sandusky; son of the late Steve and Agnes Sandusky; brother of Connie Kappus (Jack); brother-in-law of Jeanette Subin; uncle of five; dear friend of many. Jim served his country proudly as a veteran of the U.S. Navy Seabees in Vietnam, was a 1967 graduate of Padua Franciscan High School and a longtime business owner. He was loved and will be missed. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, www.t2t.org. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 606 E. Washington St., Medina, Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 11 a.m. Please meet at church. A Committal Service with Military Honors will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
