Mr. James Henry Schreck, 68, of Cumming departed this life on October 26, 2025. Mr. Schreck was born in Long Beach, CA, to his parents, James and Betty Knight Schreck. James proudly served his country in the United States Navy. James loved birdwatching in his backyard; he was a carpenter by trade and was a very talented wood worker often making birdhouses in his free time. Mr. Schreck is preceded in death by his parents, James T. and Betty Knight Schreck.
Mr. Schreck is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Renda Sosebee Schreck, daughter Crystal Dyer (Lane), sister, Helen Rolader (Dan), niece, Christina Harbin (Thomas), nephews, Tray Butler and Zach Sosebee, great-niece, Katie Sosebee, and great-nephews, Colton Sosebee and Cameron Harbin.
Services to honor the life of Mr. James Henry Schreck will be on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home. Interment will be at the Georgia National Cemetery with military rites performed by the United States Navy.
