James Schwartz Obituary
James P. Schwartz, 88 years, passed away on 09/05/2024. James was born on 11/09/1935 to Louis and Florence Schwartz. He was predeceased by his siblings, including 1 sister, Marguerite and 3 brothers, Louis, Paul and Michael.
Born in Charlotte, N.Y., James moved with his family to Irondequoit at the age of 10. James married his beloved Ilse in 1956, and they spent the remainder of James' years living in Irondequoit. James worked at Eastman Kodak for 33 years as a Machine Designer.
He is survived by his wife, Ilse K. Schwartz and his three children: James S. Schwartz (Cheryl), Patricia S. Kiesow (Robert) and Thomas L. Schwartz (Danene), his grandchildren: Stephanie Kiesow-Edoh, Kirsten Stone, Caitlin Kelly, Katrina Hess, Erika Schwartz, and Thomas Schwartz, and 6 great grandchildren.
Funeral service privately held for family. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to be sent to Open Door Mission, PO Box 14236, Rochester, NY 14614-0236. https://opendoormission.com/
