Okeechobee – James Robert Stas died March 25, 2023. He was born December 21, 1984 in McKees Rock, Pennsylvania to John Stephen Stas, III and Ana Mae Taylor. He was a resident of Okeechobee for 35 years, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and raising hogs with his son for FFA.
Mr. Stas was preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty Louise Stas; grandfather, Charles Taylor; and grandmother, Beverly Taylor.
He is survived by his sons, Zachary Taylor Stas and Eli Hall; daughters, Cheyenne Hall and Briella Hall; brothers, Jonathan Stas and Joe Stas; sister Emily Stas; father, John Stephen Stas, III; and mother, Anna Taylor.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.

I miss you unc, its hard without you. You truly did not deserve that. Ashley needs you its really hard for her without you. We all miss you so much , your the only person i told everything to and u was like a dad to me , miss u .
