James T. "Jimmy T" Theisen, 74 of Graytown, OH died Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital following a lengthy illness. He was born November 14, 1950 in Norwalk, OH to the late Donald and Irene (Fisher) Theisen. On April 30, 1971 he married the former Alice Pifer, and she survives. Jimmy proudly served his country in the United States Navy before beginning his career as a Security Guard at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Plant, where he retired in 2013. He was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Oak Harbor, and enjoyed riding his Harley, flying drones, fishing, camping, and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandson.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Alice of Graytown, OH; sons: Christopher (Nicole) Theisen of Sterling Heights, MI, and James W. Theisen of Lindsey, OH; grandchildren: Lea & Olivia Theisen; great-grandson Alexander J. Theisen; sisters: Donna Bowers of Waldorf, MD and Peggy (Clarence) Thomas of Wakeman, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings: Mary Rosellyn SND, Marilyn Houghtlen, and John Theisen; and his constant companions, his dogs, Mattie & Molly.

Visitation will be Sunday from 2-8pm at Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Oak Harbor Chapel, 301 N. Locust St., Oak Harbor, OH 43449. Funeral Service will begin at 11am on Monday, October 6, 2025 at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Elliston Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.crosserpriesman.com.
