James J White Jr., 74, of Wall Township, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on February 3, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Born December 26, 1950, to James J and Carol (Mueller) White, Jim remained a lifelong resident of Wall Township and was a 1969 graduate of Wall High School. He was a proud Navy veteran and served both overseas and locally in the reserves. After his honorary discharge in 1976, he began work at Crown Beer Distributors and then went on to own and operate Creative Extensions, a successful paver design and installation company. He then spent the final 30 years of his employment journey as a site supervisor for several engineering companies including Bay Pointe Engineering, Schoor DePalma and T&M. He made many lifelong friends at these companies, and he would always reminisce about memories with his coworkers.
Jim was known as the person who could fix or build anything. He was the first call people made to get something done. He best showed his love through selflessly helping others. He was truly happiest when he was helping his family or friends. He had a passionate, fierce soul and put his all into everything he did, but he also had a way of bringing a lighthearted energy when warranted. His love for jokes always made him the one that people could lean on to put a smile on their face. His energy and laughter truly lit up any room that he was in.
Jim lived for his family and fought with incredible strength to get more time with those he loved most. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Judy (Nichol) White, his adoring daughter, Lauren Gulino (husband Joseph Gulino Jr) and his beloved grandchildren, Giovanni and Capri Gulino. He is the cherished son and brother to his stepmother Sally White and siblings Barbara Maclaughlin (husband Paul), Thomas White (wife Nancy), Bruce White (wife Donna), Tracy Cantin (husband Paul) and William White. He is also a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father James J White, mother Carol (Mueller) White and brother-in-law Henry Nichol.
Jim's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Monday, February 10th, 2025 from 4:00PM-8:00PM at Orender Family Home for Funerals 2643 Old Bridge Rd, Manasquan, NJ 08736. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 9:30AM on Tuesday February 11th, 2025 at St. Mark Roman Catholic Church, 215 Crescent Pkwy, Sea Girt, NJ 08750. Entombment will follow at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery 350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562.

To Judy, Lauren and the White Family,

We are so sorry to hear of Jimmy's passing. Your obituary could not have summed him up any better. He was one of the funniest guys I've ever met and he always brought a smile to my face when thinking of him. Please accept our deepest condolences.
