Jamey Fraizer

Jamey A. Fraizer, age 52, of Galion passed away Saturday March 28, 2026 at Ohio State University Medical Center.

Born August 11, 1973 in Galion, he was the son of the late John and Twila (Lauthers) Fraizer.

Jamey was a 1992 graduate of Galion High School and then served in the United States Army. He worked for 32 years at Keller's Napa Auto Parts in Galion. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed trapping, hunting and fishing as well as farming at the family farm. He enjoyed several trips to Pennsylvania to hunt for mushrooms. He was a member of American Legion Scarbrough Post 243, the Ohio Farm Bureau, the Morrow County Antique Tractor Association and a lifetime member of the Ohio State Trapper's Association. He was known to be a very generous and giving person.

He is survived by his brothers: Brad (Amanda) Fraizer, Jeff Fraizer and Jake (Dawn) Fraizer, significant other Cheryl Perman, nieces and nephews: Tyler (Emilie), Alyssa, Nick, Dan, Andy, Lilly, Zach, Sully, Emmalyn and Ashlyn Fraizer and numerous cousins and other family members.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
