Jamie Holmes Obituary
She was a faithful member of Pritchett Memorial Baptist Church in Meansville.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years: John Holmes; and her son: J. D. Holmes (Jess). She was MiMi to her beloved granddaughter: Mia Holmes. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 2 p.m., in Pritchett Memorial Baptist Church, 496 Jugtown Road, Meansville. Pastor Rick Rose will officiate.
Friends may visit the family on Saturday, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., at the church.
There will be a gathering of family and friends after the service at the church. Everyone is invited.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a local animal rescue shelter, in memory of Jamie.

John, JD, Mia & Jess: I have no words to express my deepest sympathy. Jamie gained her wings, long before she left this earth. I know she is looking down, hoping all are celebrating her life not mourning the loss. I knew from the moment we met, when we were just 16 years old, how special Jamie was. Our world will be less bright without her here. Holding you all close in my heart, thoughts & prayers.
