Jamie Louise Middleton

Jamie Louise Middleton of Sugar Land, Texas, passed away in her sleep on November 18. She was short in stature but long in attitude, intelligence, and personality. Born In El Dorado, Arkansas, Jamie was Valedictorian of her Parkway High School Graduating class and went on to achieve academic honors at the University of Missouri Columbia where she graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering. She enjoyed a lengthy career with Southwestern "Ma" Bell, and upon retiring dedicated herself to raising and rescuing a veritable pack of dogs, frequently to the chagrin of her Sugar Land neighbors. She was a devoted daughter to her parents, a "crazy aunt" to her niece and nephew, and a fiercely independent Texan to the very end. She was proceeded in death by her parents, James Robert and Betty Louise Middleton, late of Clear Lake City, as well as at least one of her multiple husbands. She leaves behind her brother, Kent, with whom she frequently traded the title of, "Black Sheep of the Family," his wife, Debbie, and their children Michael and Samantha, of Chicago.
