Jamie Wall

Jamie Moncol Wall, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, made her heavenly ascension November 11, 2025, at the age of 38. She was born on December 22, 1986 in Wake County to Kenneth Neal and Deborah Jackson Moncol. Jamie worked as a Registered Nurse for WakeMed Emergency Department and later worked as a Clinical Safety Project Manager for Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Her departure leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew her, a testament to the vibrant life she lived and the profound impact she had on her ever growing community.

She is survived by her loving husband of 16 years, David Wall; beloved children, McKenleigh and Holden; parents, Kenneth and Deborah Moncol; brother, Corey Moncol (wife, Kayla) and her nieces Braylee and Alison; Grandfather, Edwin A Jackson Jr; Father and Mother In Law, Steve and Pam Wall; and sister in law, Mary Wall.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Dr Daniel James and N Delores Moncol and her maternal grandmother, Phyllis H Jackson.

Jamie was a strong, independent and loving person. She was always kind to all she met. She made friends easily. She was a devoted wife and mom. She loved David, Mckenleigh and Holden with all her heart and always made them a priority. She enjoyed being around people but never wanted to be the center of attention and never demanded the spotlight but avoided it. Jamie enjoyed going to NC State football games with her family and friends. A tradition she started as a little girl. She loved going on cruises with friends and family, trips to Disney World, and camping with David, Mckenleigh and Holden. Jamie really enjoyed watching Mckenleigh dance and was probably more nervous than Mckenleigh during her dance competitions. She enjoyed watching Holden play t-ball, always encouraging him when he was at bat. Jamie always loved gatherings with her friends as well as her family. She loved Christmas and always had her house decorated the day after Thanksgiving and sometimes even before. Jamie had a positive influence on everyone she met.

Memorial Visitation will take place from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Friday, November 21, 2025 at Strickland Funeral Home & Crematory.

Memorial Service will take place at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at White Oak Baptist Church, 13943 Buffalo Road, Clayton, NC 27527, with Pastor Matt Walton of The Passage Church of Knightdale, officiating.
