Dear Ursala and daughters,
I am very privileged to have known and interacted with Dr. C as his patient. He gave me valuable insite into myself and was always positive to my situation. I strongly embrace the other memories presented by the other guests. I was given reference to a great phychologist from him. Its funny how a picture can tell a story. Each visit to the office I would look at the picture posted of the daughter playing with her dog. With the warmth I felt from Ursala I knew I liked this gentle human being to his soul. My deepest sympathy. Phil B.

Dear Ursula and family,
We were absolutely heartbroken when we heard about Dr. Chrobok´s passing. Words cannot even communicate how deeply saddened we are. We are so very sorry, for the bottom of our hearts, for your loss. Dr. Chrobok was a truly exceptional human, the most remarkable doctor, and clearly a very kind-hearted and loving husband and father.
There are very few doctors in the world who sincerely care for their patients. I have never met a doctor so devoted to his practice, and his patients well being. Dr. Chrobok was a brilliant, admired doctor with such compassion for his patients, and dedication to his practice that was simply beyond compare. He was best doctor I have ever had and I am eternally grateful for all his wisdom, compassion and time given, over the past three years, in order to help me become the best version of myself. He literally changed my life and I will always be grateful to him for that. I know the immense support of his loving wife, Ursula, helped make that all possible. Together they created a unique and wonderful practice, where a patient could feel safe and heard in a nonjudgmental space, surrounded by heartfelt support and compassion. Dr. Chrobok and Ursula believed in me when I doubted everything. I cannot express just how much I appreciate you both for that. Thank you! I feel so fortunate to have had Dr. Chrobok as my doctor, and to have him and Ursula in my life. Both Dr. Chrobok and Ursula have left such a deep imprint on my life.
Our hearts go out to Ursula and his family. I know you all will keep Dr. Chrobok alive in your hearts and in your thoughts, through your fond memories of him. He will be greatly missed by us all.
Our gratitude and deepest sympathy,
Natalia & Eric Hayden

I've known Jan since the early 1970's. First, we met when he entered training in Psychiatry, then our relationship expanded to sharing an office and maintaining both a professional and personal connection as our interests and skills transitioned in different directions until his
passing. Although reserved yet easy going, his unique approach to patients and the superior abilities he brought to his practice made each patient feel special...and they were to him. This brilliant clinician worked very hard to achieve his goals with the tremendous support of his wife, Ursula. I feel privileged
to have known this man and deeply saddened by
his loss.

He was a man that seemed like he would live forever. He had an enormous impact on my life. There are few physicians left like him. Those who truly cared about the patient and understood the brain but also realized there were parts that only humanity, not science, could touch. I will sorely miss him and I have so many prayers for his lovely wife, Ursula, and daughters. Dr. C...you will be missed.
