Jane loved to explore. As a teen she would often be found at Assateague surfing. She never met an animal that she didn't want to pet or feed. Jane would give everything to help, animal or human. She had the ability to light up a room and make people know she was there in the best way possible. Being able to adapt to any challenges thrown her way, Jane was a strong woman who refused to let anything stop her from doing what she wanted.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, William "Chris" Aydelotte, two sons, William Bryan Patton and John Michael Lyons, a daughter, Kellie Patton, a brother, Jack Gulyas, two sisters, Kim Skeeter, and Meredith Humphress (Ronald), and six grandchildren, Logan Marvel, Rachael Marvel, Austin Taylor, Zoe Lyons, Corey Lyons, and Alaina Lyons.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Victor Lynch, and a sister, Linda Gulyas.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM, at The Burbage Funeral Home in Berlin. A visitation will take place one hour prior to the service. Letters of condolence can be sent to the family via www.burbagefuneralhome.com. Arrangements are in the care of The Burbage Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Worchester Human Society in her honor.
