Mrs. Jane Bell, age 83, a resident of Rockwood, Tennessee, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at the Roane Medical Center, Harriman, Tennessee. She was born November 2, 1942, in Cumberland County, Tennessee, from which was launched a full and adventuresome, yet simplistic life. It would be hard to place a label on Jane because her endeavors were so many but with her classy style, we will only mention the highlights of a few. She was an accomplished Artist who owned and operated “The House of Jane” in Rockwood, which specialized not only in art but in floral arrangements, wedding and estate planning, and antique sales. Jane was an Ordained Minister of the Protestant Faith. She was quite studied and knowledgeable in Theology and known as a “Library for Christ”, yet possessing and practicing a simple Faith, a thread that she continued to weave into her family, especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill & Irene Norris; husband, Willard Bell; and brother, Junior Norris.
