Jane Britt Obituary
Jane Ann Smith Britt, 88, of Carrollton, passed away peacefully in Carrollton, Ga, on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. She was born on March 7, 1937, the daughter of the late Jerry Smith and the late Nannie Belle Stevens.
Jane lived a life that was rich in love. She had a remarkable gift for cooking that brought joy and comfort to the hearts and homes of her loved ones. Jane found enjoyment in reading.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Clifton Britt; son, Leslie Eugene Britt; all of her brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her son, Wes and Kim Britt of Villa Rica; grandchildren, J. Cason Britt and Stephanie, Kelly Britt Watson and T.J, Bella Britt, Lauren Britt, and Kaitlyn Britt; several precious great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Happy Valley Memorial Gardens, 1504 Happy Valley Rd., Glasgow, Kentucky, where A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements.
Jane leaves behind a loving legacy that will be cherished by all who knew her. Her kindness and generosity will continue to resonate in the memories shared by her family and friends. Jane would want you to know she is with Jesus and those she has loved in heaven. She hopes to see you there one day.
