Jane Brown Obituary
Jane L Brown 80 born in Cumberland Maryland to James and Esther Welch died peacefully December 12. Jane had a very creative energy, painting, sewing, making dolls and jewelry. She loved karaoke and was not shy belting out an old torch song. She will be missed. She is survived by her son, Edward S Brown lll, grandson Edward S Brown lV and her sister Joanne Wagner. Burial will be at sea.
