Jane McDermott, age 77, sadly passed away on November 26, 2025. She was born in Maryland to the late John H. Berry and the late Violet Sullivan. Jane is the beloved wife of the late Charles McDermott, Sr.; loving mother of Charles McDermott, Jr., Robert McDermott, and the late Stephanie Lynn McDermott; cherished sister of Linda Whitcomb, Sandy McCubbin, Frederick Berry, the late Buddy Berry, and the late Samuel Berry; dear grandmother of Charles Ronald McDermott, III, Heather Lynn Snow McDermott, Connor Michael William David McDermott, Chares Lynn McDermott, and Paisley Jewel Pasquini; caring aunt of the late Frederick McCubbin along with many other loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
Family and friends may gather at Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Halethorpe, MD 21227 for a public visitation on Wednesday, December 10 from 3:00-5:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, December 11 at 11:00am. Interment will immediately follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
