Jane C. McGee, a resident of Mamou, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025, at the age of 82.
Jane is survived by her son, Lance McGee and his wife, Jeanne of Point Blue; two daughters, Cathy Bertrand of Mamou and Amy McGee of Tennessee; as well as seven grandchildren, Job, Dustin, Brandon, Misty, Tatum, Summer, and Matthew. She also leaves behind 16 great-grandchildren.
Jane was preceded in death by her parents, Lelance and Catherine Lela McGee and her sisters, Helen Fontenot and Wilta May Ardoin.
