Jane F. (Famiglietti) Pace, passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, in the VITAS Unit at St. Mary's Hospital. She was the devoted wife of the late Andrew F. Pace.
Born in Waterbury, Jane was the daughter of the late Joseph V. and Inez (Agostini) Famiglietti. She was a graduate of Wilby High School. A woman ahead of her time, she was the owner and operator of Glamour Uniform Shop for 32 years. Jane was a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Always the hostess, Jane's door was always open, especially during holidays. She was an avid reader and stayed up to date on current events, which made her a great conversationalist. Jane loved spending time with family and friends especially over a delicious meal out, where she would captivate them by reminiscing about stories of the past.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Audrey Pace with whom she made her home, her sister-in-law, Marie Quinn, her cousin, Marge Tuccillo, and her several generations of nieces and nephews. She missed her dogs, Reggie and Jubal who were like her children.
Jane's family would like to thank the nurses and staff of St. Mary's Hospital and the VITAS unit at St. Mary's Hospital for the exceptional and compassionate care.
