Jane Ann Thrailkill

Jane Thrailkill of Coatesville, PA, passed away at age 90 on Saturday, October 25, 2025. She was currently residing at Morningside House in Exton, PA. Born on May 4, 1935, in Downingtown, PA, to the late Maynard Collier and Thelma Weiler Collier, she married Frank Thrailkill of Downingtown in 1953. They were happily married for 62 years until Frank's passing in 2015.

For many years, Jane worked as a secretary for the owner of Springton Manor Homes and Spatola Wines. She also co-managed the family's horse farm, Valley Heart Farm, with her husband Frank. They traveled throughout the United States, spent many winters in Florida, and often went boating on the Chesapeake Bay.

At home, Jane enjoyed being outdoors tending her gardens, crafting colorful hook rugs in beautiful patterns, going to breakfast with friends, competing in her bowling leagues, and playing bingo at the Wagontown firehouse. She was a devoted animal lover who shared her life with many beloved dogs over the years.

Jane was predeceased by her loving husband, Frank, and her brother William Collier of Salt Lake City, UT. She is survived by a son Steven Thrailkill of Coatesville, his wife Denise, and their four children; a daughter Patricia Simmons of Coatesville, her partner Scott Frey, and their three children; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be private. The family wishes to thank everyone for the love and support they have received. Your heartfelt words and memories have meant so much as they remember and celebrate her life.
