Sorry for your loss of a wonderful person. My dad,Gene Streeper, was always so excited to see Janet when she was in Minot. Oh the stories that were told! Janet and my sister Nadine, went thru breast cancer about the same time and knowing she was also a huge Minnesota Vikings fan gifted Nadine with an autographed football! The football will be passed down for generations in my family. I pray for comfort for all of Janet´s family and friends. Janet will always be remembered for her love of life!

T'was a treasure trove of snakeskins, woods, parts, equipment of excitement and adventure everytime I visited the 4141 kings rd villa. "What are you up to today you little brat"? Is what Janet would ask as I giggled out loud! "Finish your plate or you'll wear it"! someone from the table would always exclaim. The tree outfront that was an oasis of shade in hot summer months sipping kool-aid with ice and the never ending bantering only the Carlson klan could lovingly embrace. If you were able to understand it and shuck your 2 cents you were most likely family and friends. Always something doin at any of the houses even for what experienced as the big easy(laid back) as opposed to other environments we may have came from. I remember one summer they had a pool outfront. Janet laid back in a floating lounger sipping on something delicious with a white sun hat atop her long curled hair. She wasn't the type to adorn oneself with hypnotic ink. But she wasn't much interested in the reason for her pink bow that represented it on her calf either. I've always enjoyed Janet and always will continue those polite and positive attributes she led her lifestyle after. A nice compliment to Jody and Greta as well for doing as much as they've done with mom. My apologies for not being able to be in attendance for this loving memory and celebration of life for I've yet to slow this frieght train of my life down enough to catch to things that really matter. Janet matter's. My condolences and positive vibes to the family and friends Janet has touched.
