Janet Marie Cook, age 91, of Enid, formally of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on October 10, 2025 in Enid. She was born on September 2, 1934, to Laurence and Hildred (McPeak) Hall in McGehee, Arkansas.

Janet was the youngest of seven children, she started life as a beauty operator, and had her own shop at Lake Village, Arkansas. In 1962, she married Bill Cook, and they went on to operate a successful body shop in Little Rock Arkansas for over forty years.

Janet is preceded in death by her parents; husband William "Bill" Cook; two sons, David, and Steve Willingham; and one daughter Genon (Cook) Brimley. She is survived by two daughters Margeret (Joe) Scherrey of Ft. Smith, AR, Diane Pruitt (Gary) of Fountain Hill, AR; two sons Mike (Susan) Willingham of Enid, Arthur (Sharon) Cook of El Dorado, AR; twenty-four grandchildren; forty four great-grandchildren; and fourteen great great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the staff and residents at Garland Road Nursing Home, and the nurses at Alera Caring Hospice for their generosity, and care of their mother.

A graveside service will be 1:00pm, Saturday, October 25, 2025, at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery, in Stuggart, Arkansas. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-
Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.
