Janet C. Greggo, a lifelong Beacon and Wappingers Falls resident, passed away peacefully at her home on March 19, 2024; at the age of 82. She was born in Cold Spring, NY on September 1, 1941, daughter of the late Allan Forshay Wilson and Frances Catherine (Kasinska) Wilson.

On April 8, 1960, she married George C. Greggo, who survives her at home.

Janet will be remembered for her love of gardening, but most especially the love for her family.

Along with her beloved husband of 63-years of marriage, George Greggo, Janet is survived by her two sons, John and James Greggo; her daughter Jo-Anne (William) Hockler; her son-in-law Robert Kalbfus, sadly she was predeceased by one daughter Jean A. Kalbfus in January 16, 2020. She is survived by her three grandchildren Jonathan (Allison) Kalbfus, Jessica and William Hockler. Janet is also survived by her two sisters & three brothers: Helen Reynolds, Alice Galente, Edward Wilson, Herbert Wilson and George Wilson.

Along with her daughter and parents, Janet was predeceased by her two brothers, Delbert and Richard Wilson.

Her Family & Friends will gather on Thursday, March 21st from 6-9pm at the LIBBY FUNERAL HOME, 55 Teller Avenue, Beacon, New York. A Graveside Service will be held 12 NOON on Friday, March 22nd at the St. Joachim Cemetery, 325 Washinton Avenue, Beacon, NY.
