Beloved Wife, Mother, and Grandmother Janet Kaye Hamm, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2026. She was the heart of our family and known for her laughter, love for baking and cooking, and her love for her Lord and Savior. She found her greatest joy in spending time with family and friends.
She leaves behind her husband of 64 years, Larry Eugene Hamm; children Rhonda (Terry) Stansbery of Marion, Connie (Michael) Leatherberry of Miamisburg, and Michael (Terra) Hamm of Bucyrus; grandchildren Amie (Micah) Hurley, Aaron (Chelsey) Stansbery, Amanda (Shawn) Grabeman, Ryan (Katie) Leatherberry, Kyle Hamm, and Jacob Hamm; great- grandchildren Logan (Brooke), Makenna, Hunter, Tanner, Alexis, Hayden, Ariella, Esme, Brooklyn, Aiden, Rowan, and Katelyn, and great, great granddaughter Kinslee, and many dear friends and relatives.
Janet was born to Hiram Edward and Esther Marie (Kistler) Brady on March 24, 1942. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sisters Marlene Marie Hall and Arlene Francis Brady.
A private burial ceremony is being held at Chapel Heights Cemetery
