Janet was born on November 17, 1962, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was the daughter of Harold and Carolyn (Thorton) Beaird. She met the love of her life, James Jones, on October 16, 1991, they were married on March 9, 1996, in Las Vegas and together celebrated a life that spanned over 30 years. Surviving Janet are her loving husband, Jim at home; children, Jessica (Alex) Avras o Las Vegas, Carolee (Andrew) Eck of Yates City, Justis Kimbrough of Las Vegas and Echo Jones of Las Vegas; six grandchildren, Emily Avras, Kadence Eck, Scarlet Contreras, Kassidee Eck, Kathryn Contreras and Kyra Eck; and a sister, Susan Conway of Las Vegas. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Nancy Degidio and Dennis Beaird.
Janet attended schools in Las Vegas. She was an administrative assistant for CKR Financial. Janet enjoyed crafts, painting and playing the PlayStation.
Cremation rites have been accorded. No services are planned at this time. Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Homes and Crematory are assisting the family with arrangements. Expressions of sympathy may be left for the family at www.hurd-hendricksfuneralhome.com
