Born on January 27, 1958, in Caldwell County, Janet was the daughter of the late William and Dorothy Jordan Bumgarner. She was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Parsons, and her sister, Anita Elliott, whom she cherished deeply.
Janet lived a life filled with simple joys and creative passions. She had a fondness for word searches and could often be found relaxing with one of her beloved Hallmark Christmas movies playing in the background.
She is survived by her two daughters, Kaitlyn Parsons and Hannah Blevins, both of Fleetwood, who were the center of her world. She is also survived by her adopted aunt, Crystal Miller, who held a special place in her life and heart.
Services to honor Janet's life will be held at a later date.
