Janet Reynolds, was born in Jersey City, New Jersey on May 5th, 1945, to Anthony and Madeline Ragazzo. Janet spent most of her life in New Jersey until 2003 when she and her husband Ken Reynolds moved to Magnolia, Texas so she could be with her only daughter Dawn Ranek and her grandchildren Justin, Ashley, Amaris, Samara and Brianna.
Janet was a huge animal lover and donated to the SPCA every month. She loved to watch Monday night wrestling. She was active in her local church "Joyful Life Church" in Magnolia, Texas. She was well known for her meatball recipe; she would make large quantities because they would be eaten in seconds.
She is survived by her husband Ken Reynolds; her only sister Mildred Ragazzo; her only child Dawn Ranek and son-in-law Timothy Ranek; her grandchildren: Justin Zurburg, Scott Haines and wife Jessica Haines, Ashley Lopez and husband Alex Lopez, Amaris Crespo, Samara Crespo, and Brianna Crespo. She leaves behind her great grandchildren: Anthony Lopez, Gabriel and Clarissa Barrera, Jonathan and Aaliyah Campozano, Kira Zurburg, and Jackson and Elliot Haines as well as her nieces; Elise Pasoreck and Kristi Pasoreck; and great nieces Ava McCrea and Vivian McCrea.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to This is Houston, a nonprofit animal rescue organization www.thisishouston.org.
