Janet Salvador

Janet Salvador, 75, of Washington, passed away Sunday, May, 4, 2025. Janet was born December 1, 1949, to the late Albert John and Angeline Dicesore Salvador on . She was a 1968 graduate of Washington High School, Washington. Following her graduation, Janet continued her education, attending business school and self-educating herself through her work in the fine jewelry profession. Over the years, Janet built a successful career focused on her love of jewelry, working for many of the most prestigious jewelers in Washington and Pittsburgh, eventually becoming the owner of her own establishment, Grandview Specialty Jewelry in Pittsburgh. Janet will fondly be remembered by all who knew her for her warm and loving personality, keen sense of humor, and quick wit. Her family was the center of her life, and her siblings, many cousins, nieces and nephews all knew her as one of the most loyal, caring persons in their lives. Janet was predeceased by her parents, Albert John and Angeline Dicesore Salvador. She is survived by her siblings, Patricia Panseri (John), Jeanne Neville (Robert), and Curt Salvador (Kimberly); and her cherished nieces and nephews, Kirsten, Christopher, Courtney, Scott, Julia and Lea. Arrangements by Beinhauer Funeral Home. A Memorial Mass will be held, in her name, at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 10, in St. Peter's Parish, Immaculate Conception Church, 1199 West Chestnut Street, Washington, PA 15301, 724-225-1425. Inurnment will be held privately by family at a later date.
