Janet (Zwicker, Sylvia) Silvestri, 83, of Attleboro, MA, passed away peacefully,
surrounded by her loving family, after a courageous battle with a terminal illness.
Born on September 1, 1942, in Lowell, MA. Janet is predeceased by her mother, Sarah
(Finnegan) LaPierre and her husband Henry "Bucky" LaPierre. She is also predeceased
by her brother Borden Zwicker and his wife Beatrice (Texeira) Zwicker, her sister
Barbara (Zwicker) St. Pierre and her husband Thomas St. Pierre. She spent her early
years in Lowell before moving to Attleboro, where she made her home for the past 78

She was the beloved wife of the late Vincent Silvestri and a devoted mother to three

her cherished great-grandchildren, Isabelle and John "JT." She also leaves behind
several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

for Children. Her work served the communities of Attleboro, Brockton, and Taunton. She
was deeply passionate about helping others and was known for her unwavering

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at Christopher Heights,
