Janet Spencer, died peacefully January 9, 2025 in Charlton, Massachuesttes. She was a longtime resident of Greenfield Massachuesttes.
Janet was the daughter of Ross and Elizabeth Spencer, she is predeceased by her two brothers
Ross and Rodman . She was the mother of 5 children, Debra, Donna, David, Dorothy, and Diane. Grandmother to 15 Grandchildren and 14 Great grand children. She graduated from Stoneleigh Burham School and The University of Massachusetts. Janet was a teacher at heart, always sharing her wealth of knowledge with others. A school teacher, a social worker and a ski, and swim instructor . She received multiple awards for her service to the community. Her family would like to thank the Life Path staff in Greenfield and Overlook Masonic Home of Charlton for their wonderful and loving care of our mother.
There will be a private service and bural. In lieu of flowers please donate to Life Path or Stoneleigh Burham School in Greenfield MA.
