Janice Bonnet Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Olson Funeral Chapel - Forman on Dec. 31, 2025.
Forman, ND: Janice M. Bonnet passed away on Monday, December 29, 2025 at Four Seasons Healthcare Center in Forman, at the age of 85.

Janice M. Anderson was born January 1, 1940 along with her twin sister Janet, to Harry M. and Berniece A. (Berger) Anderson in Britton, SD. Janice grew up in Forman and graduated from Sargent Central High School. Shortly after high school she met Harley Bonnet and they were married in 1959. They were blessed with three children but later divorced.

In the early 70's she and the kids moved to West Fargo. While in West Fargo she met Marvin "Marv" Kadoun. Once her children graduated high school, she and Marv moved to the Brampton/Cogswell area to his family farm where she enjoyed taking care of the farm animals and her garden. They spent many wonderful years on the farm until Marv's passing in 1994. Janice then moved back to Forman and began working at the nursing home until retiring. She enjoyed caring for others and continued to do so even after retirement.

Janice was an avid reader. She also enjoyed doing sudoku and word search puzzles. She loved listening to music, but especially Daniel O'Donnell, and watching tv, mainly old reruns and Walker Texas Ranger. Janice liked visiting and enjoyed the company of family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Brian (Rosie) Bonnet of West Fargo, ND and their children, Nick Bonnet, Jordan (Alyssa) Bonnet and Dustin Bonnet; Debi (Steve) Baumann of Lander, WY and their children, Amanda (Kris) Koessl, Jacob (Meredith) Baumann and Zach Baumann; and Tim (Deb) Bonnet of West Fargo and their children, Miranda (Connor) Lomen and Paige Bonnet; ten great-grandchildren; her twin sister, Janet O'Neil; and her nephew and two nieces, Scott, Sheila and Shana.

Preceding her in death were her parents and her life partner, Marvin "Marv" Kadoun.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Janice's family would like to thank the nursing staff and all employees at Four Seasons Healthcare Center for her care and their thoughtfulness during her time with them. And a special thank you to hospice for their comfort in her final days.

Condolences may be directed to the family in care of Brian Bonnet – 607 7th St. E – West Fargo, ND 58078.
