Janice L. Crewson, a devoted and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully at Crandall Medical Center on Wednesday, February 25th in Sebring, OH. She was born on August 31,1940 in Alliance, Ohio and was a graduate of Sebring McKinley High School.
Janice enjoyed watching sports, traveling, and spending time with her friends, but her greatest joy in life was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved attending their sporting events and supporting them at school functions.
Spending quality time at home with her great-grandchildren brought her so much joy in her later years. Janice is survived by children Robert Crewson, Sherry (Dale) Umbs, Steven Crewson, grandchildren Haley (Martin) Chaffin, Brendan Umbs, Zac (Taylor) Crewson, Alyssa Crewson (Brandon Davis) and great-grandchildren Natalie, Luke and Brinley Chaffin and Vaida, Vivianna and Vienna Crewson. Janice was preceded in death by her father, Homer Lee, her mother, Mabel Lee, her husband John Crewson and grandson Jacob Crewson.
To honor Janice's wishes, there will be no services. Janice enjoyed attending concerts every summer at the Sebring Park. Memorial contributions/checks can be made to Friends of the Sebring Parks.
