Janice M. Dick, age 88, of Richmond township, Ohio, died Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Villa at the Lake in Conneaut, OH. She was born June 16, 1936, in North Richmond, Ohio, a daughter of Roy A. Brown, Sr. and Ruth H. (Rick). She was a 1954 graduate of Dorset High School; and married Carl A. Dick on Feb. 25, 1955. A lifetime area resident, Mrs. Dick was employed at the Ohio State Parks in Andover where she retired after many years cleaning cabins. She attended the Richmond United Methodist Church until it closed; and she enjoyed walking and cooking. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah (Michael) Snyder of Columbia, SC; her son, Craig A. (Amy) Dick of Gustavus township, OH; her daughter, Joy (Jerry) Powell of Statesboro, GA; her daughter, Jennifer Gallo of Atlanta, GA; her brother, Roger Brown of Linesville, PA; her 10 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carl, on April 1, 2020; her grandson, Benjamin Snyder; her two sisters, Betty Keep and Beverly Holden; and three brothers, James Brown, Ronald Brown, and Roy Brown Jr. Private services will be held for the family.
