JANICE IRENE GOGGANS
Janice Irene Goggans was born February 17, 1951 in Marshall TX to Jack and Mildred Croley and spent most of her life in Gladewater.
She was raised with 10 siblings in which she was #6 of 11. All of which she loved dearly. In 1970 she had her first Daughter Sherry and her second daughter Christi in 1974. She met Gregg in 1989 and married in 1994 and spent the rest of her life with him. Janice loved dancing, cooking and laughing with family and friends. She enjoyed fishing, spending sister weekends with her sisters and having her children and grandchildren come for visits. She had an eye for anything that sparkled. If you knew Janice you knew unconditional love. She put everyone before herself and treated you like family. She had the softest heart for animals as she ran a wild animal habitat for injured animals for many years. She served on the Women's Rodeo Auxiliary board alongside many lovely ladies.
She was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Mildred Croley of Gladewater. Brothers Jack Croley, Jerold Croley and Jerry Croley and one Sister Judy Valentine. Mother and father-in-law Raydell and James Goggans.
Left to cherish Janice is her husband Gregg Goggans of Gladewater. Daughter Sherry and Buddy Donahoo of Joinerville. Daughter Christi and Andy Coppedge of Red Oak. Tammy Westendorf of Mt. Pleasant. Grandson Justin and Courtney Eakin of Whitehouse. Granddaughters Sierra Eakin and Kristen Donahoo of Joinerville. Jordan Coppedge of Red Oak and Jaydan Coppedge @ SFA in Nacogdoches.
