Janice Whitlow was born on December 25, 1939 in Somerville, Tennessee to the late Aulton F. and Evelyn Keller Graham. 

On June 15, 1968, she was united in marriage to Wheeler Milton Whitlow, who preceded her in death on April 11, 2017.

Janice was a Home Economics teacher for the Hardin County School System for 30 plus years. Teaching was her life and she loved her students. After retirement she did volunteer work and led exercise classes at Riverwick Assisted Living and Hardin County Senior Center. She was a member of the Tennessee Education Association and Olivet Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where she was the youth leader and taught Sunday School. Janice loved to sew, read, play cards with her friends, and travel.

Janice Whitlow departed this life on May 31, 2024 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 84 years, 5 months, and 6 days.

She is survived by her sister, Linda Miller (Bobby) of Somerville, Tennessee; nieces and nephews, Mimi Kelley, Steven Miller, Michael Miller, David Cagle, Sharon Counce, Steve Cagle, Jocey Fisher, Dennis Seaton, Randy Seaton, Nicky Seaton, and Greg Seaton; and numerous great nieces and great nephews.
