JOYCE, Janice A. (nee Milley), was called Home by the Lord on October 3, 2025 at the age of 77. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles H. Joyce with whom she shared 20 wonderful years of marriage. Jan was the loving mother of Keith Prickett (Hillary). She was a proud "Oma" to her granddaughters, Charlotte and Violet. Jan is also survived by brother-in-law, Bill Miller, niece, Denise Killen (Tom), along with many sweet grand-nephews, loving family and friends. She was predeceased by her cherished sister, Donna Miller (Bill) and nephew, Brian Miller.
Jan was born in rural Indian Mills to her parents, Edith and Bernard Milley. After graduating from Lenape High School, she found work as a secretary for Hargerthy Oil in Medford NJ. She then spent many years in her most influential role as a stay at home Mom. She loved flowers and gardening and would later work at Bakanas Flowers in Marlton, NJ. Later in life, she worked full time as an office manager and retired from Jacobson Warehouse.
She often hosted family and friends for the holidays and decorated her home with the seasons. Each room was made warm with themed trees, family photos, her treasured collectibles, antiques and trinkets. She was an avid animal lover, with many dogs in and out of her life, most recently her dachshund "Schnitzel" who kept her entertained. Jan enjoyed annual vacations to Lancaster County with her cousin, Diane. They would enjoy shopping, trips to the local theatres and her favorite, the hunt for primitive antiques. Often, she would take bus trips from church with her sister to see sights and holiday decorations in NYC. Her family was her greatest joy. Jan loved cooking and baking, and her granddaughters could always find a cream puff, brownie or cookie in the kitchen when they came to visit. She led a well lived life and will be loved and remembered always. Her family and friends will miss her dearly.
Her son Keith and his wife Hillary desire to express their sincerest gratitude to the staff at Wiley Mission in Marlton, NJ. The kindness, high quality care and compassion that she received over the years is overwhelmingly appreciated. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Janice's memory to Wiley Mission 99 E. Main St. Marlton NJ or www.WileyMission.org please click on the donate tab (top right).
Relatives and friends are invited to gather with the family on Sunday October 26, 2025 from 12-1pm at the Bradley Funeral Home 601 Rt. 73 South at Evesham Road, Marlton where a Memorial Service officiated by Msgr.
