Janice McClellan, 75, of Lubbock, TX, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2024, surrounded by family.

Janice was born on December 28, 1948, in Web City, MO to Raymond and Mildred Bath. After moving to Lubbock, Janice met A.W. McClellan and they were married on July 28, 1984. During their 36 years of marriage, they owned and operated Budget Printing. They also shared a love for dancing, and Janice shared that this is what brought them together. Janice became affectionately known as "Grandjan" to all of the grandkids and soon after by everyone in the family.

Janice was known for having sharp wit and a vibrant vocabulary. She always had a calm demeanor and could be trusted to give the best advice. She was caring and generous.

She is survived by her 3 children, Billy McClellan of Lubbock, TX, Shela Killough and husband Mike of Lubbock, TX, and Sherry Hoffer and husband David of Nogal, NM; brother, Eugene Raymond and wife Marina Bath of Colorado Springs, CO; nieces, Cindy Suess, and Faith Bath; nephews, Mark Reynolds, Jason Reynolds, and Roger Bath; 7 grandchildren; 26 great - grandchildren; and 1 great - great - grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Mildred Bath; her husband, A.W. McClellan; brother, Russell Bath; sister, Mary Ann Reynolds; nephew, Brian Reynolds; niece, Amber Reynolds; great grandchildren Tyler Cole, and Selah Rangel: and great great grandchild Sterling Armstrong.  

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Combest Family Memorial Chapel in Lubbock, TX.
