Janice M. Perault, 82, of Nashua, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2025, at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, with her family by her side.
Born on June 8, 1942, in Nashua, Janice was the daughter of the late William and Sarah (Costantino) Stapanon. A proud graduate of Nashua Senior High School, she remained a lifelong resident of the city she loved. Janice worked for over 20 years as a dedicated bookkeeper at St. Joseph Hospital, where she was known for her reliability, attention to detail, and warm personality.
She was the beloved wife of the late Paul Perault, with whom she shared 56 years of marriage. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Janice was an avid reader and found joy in baking, crocheting, and knitting. She especially loved camping throughout New Hampshire and treasured time spent with her family, who were the center of her world.
Janice is survived by her three children David Perault and his wife Catherine of Nashua, Thomas Perault and his wife Cheryl of Londonderry, and Matthew Perault and his wife Karen of Nashua; her seven grandchildren Brendan Perault, Nicholas Perault and his wife Shelby, Zachary Perault and his wife Kayla, Michael Perault, Nicole Perault, Meghan Perault, and Parker Perault; her three great grandchildren Holden, Lincoln, and Vivienne; her brother William Stapanon and his wife Irene of Merrimack; her niece Julie West and her husband Herman and her great niece Kaitlyn and great nephew Cameron; as well as her two cousins Diane Painchaud and her husband Jerry, and Susan Paulson and her husband Rick.
Family and friends are invited to Janice's funeral mass on TUESDAY, April 29th at 10 AM at St. Aloysius de Gonzaga Parish, 48 W. Hollis Street, Nashua. Her interment will follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Hudson. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations in Janice's name to St. Aloysius de Gonzaga Parish.
