Janice Eileen Soloway (Pulsifer), 69, peacefully passed away on October 4, 2023 in Vancouver, Washington with her son Aaron at her side.
Born in Providence, Rhode Island to Bertha L. Pulsifer (Girouard) and Richard J. Pulsifer, she grew up in Warwick, Rhode Island with her six siblings: Susan Crilly, Robert Pulsifer, William Pulsifer, James Pulsifer, Judith Byers, and Joseph Pulsifer. Her career at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs spanned over 30 years and she loved art, cooking, and gardening.
Those wishing to honor her are encouraged to plant a flower in her memory.
