Janice Strahan Obituary
Born September 1, 1929, in Richmond, Indiana, to Joseph Scott Benham and Beatrice Hall Benham, Janice lived in this community her whole life. She was a home maker and also worked at Hills Roses. Janice was a member of Central United Methodist Church. She enjoyed bowling, traveling to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include her children, Cheryl L. Sharp, of Indianapolis, Indiana, Alene P. (Stephen) Strahan, of Brooklyn Heights, New York, Jeffrey S. (Esther) Strahan, of Bluffton, Ohio, and Lori S. (Pierce) Marshall, of Richmond, Indiana; grandchildren, Derrick (Lianna) Alderman, Brooke (Caleb) Alderman, Travis (Lidia) Marshall, Christian (Lindsey) Marshall, Julia (Brad Greenburg) Zweig, Jonathan (Jess) Zweig, Laura Strahan, Isaac Strahan, Amy Strahan; and 5 great grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald L. Strahan, who passed away in 2016; parents; and son in law, John Sharp.
A private visitation and service will be held at the convenience of the family.
