Janice Marie Tillberry

Janice Tillberry Obituary Janice Marie Tillberry passed away in the care of Paddock Springs Assisted Living in Warsaw, Indiana on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at the age of 69.
She was born on September 23, 1955, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Flossie Mae (Logan) Cole and Henry Tillberry. Janice lived most of her life in Kosciusko County where she had worked at several retail stores around town, as well as in Indianapolis when she lived there. Always ready to help someone with a smile on her face, she was very good with customers and enjoyed the many people she met and served.
She was simply a sweet and loving person who accepted everyone as they were. She didn't care for putting up with anyone arguing, there were no bad bones in her body. Everyone knew she had a sweet-tooth and she could never turn down some good fudge, kept her snack drawer fully stocked and of course she loved to drink her Coca-Cola. Throughout the years she loved to watch her many, many Hallmark movies while having a snack. Janice loved her family and especially all of her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was always family oriented and was truly put on this Earth to be a mom and grandma. Janice always had enough love to go around and will be dearly missed by those that loved her.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Linda Riley (Silver Lake, IN); five grandchildren, Shawn Elder, Austin Grider, Brenton, Braxton and Kaitlyn Schultz; and eleven great-grandchildren, Cash, Riot, Briggs, Abel, Roselynn, Sophia, Allyson, Mazikeen, Kendrix, Addison, and Alivia. Also surviving are two sisters, Irene Graham and Linda Wadkins (both of Indianapolis, IN), and her brother, Edward Cole (Silver Lake, IN). She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Sandra Heeter, grandson, Logan Heeter, three sisters, Barbara McLean, Loretta Hatcher, Patricia Heflen, and two brothers, Henery and Arthur Tillberry.
Janice's life will be celebrated with a service at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 27, 2025, at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana and officiated by Chaplain Randall Myers. A graveside service will follow at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw. Friends and family may visit prior to the service from 11:00 – 1:00 p.m.
