Janie Marrs Lane, 77, of North Richland Hills, Texas, passed away on June 26, 2025. Janie was the devoted wife of Don Lane for 60 years.
She was a loving mother and grandmother to her 4 children (Donna, Kim, Rodney & Crissie), 2 sons-in-law, 7 Grandchildren, and 12 Great Grandchildren. She was from a large family with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and their families. She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 siblings, 2 grandchildren, and a daughter-in-law.
Janie will be remembered for her kind heart and sense of humor, her cooking, her love of ice cream, and her unwavering dedication to her family.
A memorial service to celebrate Janie's life will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Alpine Funeral Home located at 2300 N. Sylvania Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76111.
