Janis's wishes were to be cremated and there are currently no services scheduled.
Janis was born March 26, 1947, in Munfordville, KY, to the late Roger Ford and the late Alberta Close Ford.
She is survived by her children, Marshall Williamson (Kay) of Brooks, KY, Rodney Williamson of Louisville, KY, James Williamson (Donna) of Jonesville, KY, Bryan Conner (Sheila) of Bowling Green, KY, Kim Hoover (David) of Bowling Green, KY; grandchildren, Jason Williamson (Jenny) of Louisville, KY, Jesse Williamson of Brooks, KY, Travis Williamson (Amber) of Brooks, KY, Tori Lawless (Keon) of Louisville, KY, Andrea Phillips (Jay) of Bowling Green, KY, Allyssa Conner of Bowling Green, KY, Mason Conner of Bowling Green, KY, Misti Pearson (Dustin Sells) of Bowling Green, KY, Patience Hoover (Daminon) of Bowling Green, KY; brothers, David Ford and Randy Ford; sister, Sandy Edwards. A host of great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.
Janis was a Christian, a homemaker, and attended Hillview Heights Church. She enjoyed crafts and being with her family. She was a loving mother and was always there when anyone needed her.
