Jared Ivan Vail

Jared Vail passed away suddenly at the age of 40 on March 27th, 2022 while living in Bountiful, Utah. He is survived by his two children, Arianna and Issac, his parents, Bruce Vail and his wife Janna, and Vickee Clark and her husband Mike. He is survived by his siblings Breann, Ryan, Preston, and Cayden, as well as his stepsiblings Brandon, April, Kate, and Megan.
Jared was born in Ogden, Utah on September 25th, 1981, and spent his childhood growing up in Temecula, California. His family relocated to Utah when he was a teenager, where he spent the remainder of his life.
Jared was sweet and loving and had a big, tender heart. The way he viewed life was real, and raw, and funny. He had a quick-witted sense of humor, and we knew that we were guaranteed a belly laugh whenever we were with him.
Jared had a creative ability to channel his emotions through his art and music.
He helped his friends and family through tough times, and he was always good at offering needed advice. He was someone to confide in and was never one to judge or shame. Jared was very bright and intelligent - in his youth, he was enrolled in the gifted and talented classes at school.
He left this life too soon and will be sorely missed. We are comforted that he is free from the pain that he suffered. We wish we could see him one last time so that we could say goodbye and give him a big hug.
Graveside service will be held on April 30th at 10:00 am at Myers Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 N Monroe Blvd, Ogden, UT 84404.
