Jaron Jin Tao Li, age 13, of Mechanicsburg, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. Jaron was born on Friday, February 12, 2010, in Gettysburg to Xin Song Li and Xiu Qin He.
Jaron's survivors include his parents, Xin Song Li and Xiu Qin He; his sister, Yan Li and her husband, Zhi Chen Jiang, of Mechanicsburg; his two brothers: Jin Hui Li and his fiancé, Xiu Ying Gao, of Mechanicsburg; Jay Li of Mechanicsburg; his nieces and nephews: Sophia Jiang, Simon Jiang, Stella Jiang, Stanley Jiang, Emma Li, Ella Li; and his beloved canine companion, Sunny Jiang.
Jaron was a student at Mountain View Middle School in Mechanicsburg. He was a very active child who seemed to always be reading a book or playing the piano. He also enjoyed participating in track and field, playing soccer, being outdoors and spending time with his friends. Jaron also honored his heritage by practicing traditional Chinese drumming and dancing. He loved candy. He enjoyed eating candy and would often share it with others. In spite of his sweet tooth, Jaron's ambition was to become a dentist. Jaron always cared for other children and, in turn, other children were drawn to him and his kind, loving spirit. He was always so proud to share his accomplishments with his family and loved them very much. Jaron will be deeply missed.
All are welcome to join Jaron's family at his viewing on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Buhrig Funeral Home & Crematory, 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. Burial will be at the family's convenience.
While Jaron's family will not be accepting flowers because of his allergies to pollen, they respectfully ask that contributions in Jaron's memory be made to his Go Fund Me page, https://gofund.me/18eaf4de , to help defray his final expenses. Donations of any amount are welcome and greatly appreciated. Jaron's family thanks you for the financial support at this difficult time.
